How much do Novaprime plots cost?
Plots currently start from KES 300,000 cash. Available projects: Nissi Palm Gardens Phase III (KES 300,000), Victory Plain Gardens Phase II (KES 350,000), Nissi Palm Gardens Phase IV (KES 550,000), Royal Haven Joska (KES 550,000), Fortune Ridge Phase II (KES 920,000). Each property page lists the plot size, cash price and payment plan.
Where are your plots for sale?
Our projects are in fast-growing areas around Nairobi and beyond: Kikuyu (Thigio, Gikambura and Kamangu), Joska and Malaa on Kangundo Road, Matuu along the Thika–Garissa highway, and Chakama in Malindi.
Can I pay for a plot in instalments?
Yes. You can pay in cash or through an instalment plan, of up to 12 months on most projects. The terms for each project are on its property page.
Do your plots come with title deeds?
Yes, every plot comes with a freehold title deed registered in your name. Once 80% of the price is paid we start processing the title, and it is issued to you when payment is complete.
How do I book a site visit?
Site visits are free. Call, SMS or WhatsApp +254 719 120 120, or send an enquiry on our contact page, and we will arrange a date for you to view the plot.
Can I buy land in Kenya while living abroad?
Yes. Diaspora clients can send a trusted representative to the site visit, approve a sale agreement prepared by our company lawyer, and pay from abroad. Our diaspora line is +254 719 119 118.
Where is the Novaprime office?
Our head office is at OLA Petrol Station Kimbo, Opposite Spur Mall in Ruiru, and we have a branch office in Gikambura, Kikuyu.
